Sumario:The curriculum of the medical profession, unlike other professions curriculum, has, for a long time, a cycle which professional practices, to be developed almost full time in a health institution is called boarding. This cycle is intended that the student, alongside the knowledge, exercise in coping with real situations that will gradually understanding the reality of the profession. From the perspective of the curriculum, the boarding becomes the counterpart of all the subjects, to the extent that in this cycle the inner, facing problems, you should know mobilize all their knowledge, skills and attitudes to solve a real situation.
