In three of the five cases, progression of the disease was observerd, in one case the lesion remained stacionary during the treatment and in the other one an objective improvement was obtained.Cinco casos de cáncer avanzado de la mama han sido tratados con una droga, que contiene 80% de op'DDD. Todos los casos disminuyeron su función cortico-suprarrenal sin llegar a desaparecer dicha función. Se observaron efectos tóxicos consistentes en anorexia, náuseas, vómitos, diarreas, cefalea, mareos y astenia. Por el presente trabajo no se puede excluir, ni afirmar, el que la droga usada produzca daño hepático.
