| Sumario: | In the editorial of number 4 of 2017 the results of the meeting of editors of Latin American obstetrics and gynecology journals, Cancun 2017 (1), are presented, these events allow the exchange of experiences and collaboration (2), and should be replicated by other specialized magazines. Currently of the seven Latin American journals specialized in gynecology and obstetrics indexed in SciELO, six of them are also indexed in Scopus with the exception of the Peruvian Journal of Gynecology and Obstetrics. Therefore, collaboration between publishers and associations that promote scientific journals is a strength that could support future indexation. |
