Sumario:While this obstetric procedure turns out to be the solution to the difficult problems of labor, its increase accelerated as in other centers, has become an issue of current concern, which deserves examination, evaluation and analysis, able to determine to what extent the increase turns out to be the correct procedure. It is known that in welfare centers like ours, resources for health care are always insufficient, forcing us to adopt behaviors aimed at rationalization, but without losing sight of the quality and efficiency that they must pay.
