TYPE OF MESONEPHRIC GYNECOLOGICAL CANCER

Mesonefric three cases of cancer are studied, one in the uterus and two in the ovary treated at the Gynecology Department of the Hospital E. Rebagliati during the years 1983 to 1987. The patients with uterine neoplasia corresponded to stage III, he died in very short time, where the disease was localized in the ovary were classified as stage Ic and survived two years without evidence of disease. Used treatment modalities are exposed and discussed the issue.
Se estudian tres casos de cáncer mesonéfrico, uno localizado en el útero y dos en el ovario, tratados en el Servicio de Ginecología del Hospital E. Rebagliati durante los años 1983 a 1987. La paciente con neoplasia uterina correspondió a estadío III, falleciendo en muy corto tiempo, los casos en que la enfermedad estaba localizada en el ovario fueron catalogados como estadío Ic y han sobrevivido dos años sin evidencia de enfermedad. Se expone las modalidades de tratamiento empleadas y se comenta el tema.
