Determination of pregnancy in the first quarter by the ultrasonic Doppler

This work was done with the intention to make a firm diagnosis of pregnancy in the first trimester, since at this stage, often Therapeutic positions should be dependent on fetal vitality. The study involved 250 pregnant women whose gestational age ranged between 6 and 14 weeks, and varied own pathology of this quarter. An ultrasound equipment that uses the Doppler Effect (brand SONIC-AID) was used. The advantages of this method over others, primarily safety, easy implementation and immediate results, place it as a weapon of choice in the daily practice of Obstetrics.
Este trabajo se realizó con la intención de hacer el Diagnóstico de certeza del Embarazo en el Primer Trimestre, ya que en esta etapa, muchas veces debe tomarse posiciones Terapéuticas  dependientes de la vitalidad fetal. Se hizo el estudio en 250 embarazadas, cuya edad gestacional oscilaba entre las 6 y 14 semanas, y con variada patología propia de este trimestre. Se empleó un equipo Ultrasonido que utiliza el Efecto Dopler (marca SONIC-AID). Las ventajas que ofrece este método sobre otros, principalmente la inocuidad, fácil aplicación y resultados inmediatos, lo colocan como arma de elección en la práctica diaria de la Obstetricia.
