Breast Pathology in the Department of Gynecologic Oncology Central Hospital No. 2 Peru's Social Security

Experience occurs during the first three years, in terms of breast pathology at the Department of Gynecologic Oncology Central Hospital No. 2 Social Security of Peru 854 of a total of 2,785 cases had some type of breast disease, highlighting in decreasing order frequency; painful dysplasia, fibroadenoma, fibrocystic dysplasia, etc., breast cancer ranked sixth. The most common symptoms were latumoración consultation and breast pain. The period of life most affected is between 30 and 50 years old.
Se presenta la experiencia durante los tres primeros años, en lo referente a patología mamaria en el Servicio de Oncología Ginecológica del Hospital Central N° 2 del Seguro Social del Perú 854 de un total de 2,785 casos presentaron algún tipo de mastopatía, destacando en orden decreciente de frecuencia; la displasia dolorosa, el fibroadenoma, la displasia fibroquística, etc., el cáncer mamario ocupó el sexto lugar. La sintomatología más frecuente de consulta fueron latumoración y el dolor mamarios. El período de vida más afectado está comprendido entre los 30 y 50 años de edad.
