Se comunica el caso de una tumoración hepática fetal gigante diagnosticada en el tercer trimestre de embarazo, que cursó con signos de inminencia de falla cardiaca. Las pruebas posnatales confirmaron la sospecha de hemangioma hepático. Actualmente, se encuentra en manejo expectante con evolución hacia la regresión. Adicionalmente, revisamos las características de los principales tumores hepáticos primarios fetales.
