Los prelados y autoridades proclaman las normas por ser observados los indígenas que recibieran el bautismo, y se preocuparon por aquellos que aún no eran bautizados. Este intento de adaptación está re ejado en las normas dadas por el citado Concilio en la parte concerniente a la evangelización de los naturales.
