We are before a change of government and the question we ask ourselves each time there is a change of government is: Will the next government give the necessary importance to education?. Every intellectual knows that to reach the development of a country it is a must to invest in education, science and technology and that scientific research is a necessary basic component. In the research field, Peru is the country which invest less compared to other South American countries.
Nos encontramos ante el cambio de gobierno y la pregunta que nos hacemos cada vez que hay cambio de gobierno es: ¿El futuro gobierno dará la importancia necesaria a la educación?. Todo intelectual sabe que para alcanzar el desarrollo de un país se tiene que invertir en educación, ciencia y tecnología y que la investigación científica es un componente básico necesario. En el campo de la investigación, el Perú es el país que invierte menos en comparación con otros países sudamericanos.
