In this case, there are new learning opportunities arise, but also learning again and delearning, within the permanent education process.Las nuevas tecnologías de información y comunicación (TICs), a diferencia de las tradicionales (cine, prensa, radio, televisión), son tecnologías telemáticas debido a su digitalización, interactividad y conectividad. La tecnología no es solamente un canal de distribución de la información sino, también, una oportunidad de conectar a mucha gente en el mundo, en tiempos, lugares y culturas diferentes.
