The competitiveness of the economy is the reflection of its productivity; and in consequence, it is the basis of its potential growth and the level of well-being of a nation. It is necessary to achieve a big capital endowment in order to increase the productivity. with more intensity in the factor work and the human capital formed by the education, abilities of people, the available use of the technologies, the capacity of the society to promote talent, facing risks, adopting innovations and creativity.
La competitividad de una economía es el reflejo de su productividad; es, en consecuencia, el fundamento de su crecimiento potencial y por último del nivel de bienestar de una nación. Para conseguir aumentos de la productividad es igualmente necesario lograr una mayor dotación de capital, con más intensidad en el factor trabajo y la forma de capital más importante de hoy en día es la constituida por la educación, las habilidades de las personas que trabajan, las tecnologías disponibles y la capacidad de la sociedad para fomentar talentos que asuman riesgos, adopten innovaciones y creen empresas en sectores de grandes ganancias de productividad e intensivos en valor agregado.
