This research seeks to understand the reasons that influence accident in Uchucchacua mine, which has a high occurrence of accidents in recent years . The research aims to follow a methodology to recognize hazards and critical risks facing the unit , in order to take measures of successful control. This involves determining those few characteristics of the staff and the work that influenced the greater proportion of the results , using the Pareto Principle . Indicated it is possible to analyze the statistics derived from accident investigation reports . After having evaluated 100 % of accidents in the last three years was identified that there are five types of accidents resulting in 79 % of accidents , five are the dangers for substandard acts that generated 83% of accidents, which in turn generate 86% of the factors registered jobs . It was also established that six hazards substandard conditions that generated 80% of accidents, influencing 88% of the work factors that contributed to their occurrence.
La presente investigación busca conocer las razones que influyen en la accidentabilidad en la mina Uchucchacua, que presenta una alta ocurrencia de accidentes laborales en los últimos años. La investigación se orienta a seguir una metodología para reconocer los peligros y riesgos críticos que afronta la Unidad, con el fin de adoptar medidas de control acertadas. Ello implica determinar aquellas pocas características del personal y del trabajo que influyeron en la mayor proporción de los resultados, utilizando el Principio de Pareto. Lo indicado es posible al analizar las estadísticas que derivan de los reportes de investigación de accidentes. Luego de haberse evaluado el 100% de los accidentes en los tres últimos años se identificó que cinco son los tipos de accidentes que generaron el 79% de los accidentes; cinco son los peligros por actos subestándar que generaron el 83% de los accidentes, los que a su vez generaron el 86% de los factores de trabajo registrados. También se estableció que son seis los peligros por condiciones subestándar que generaron el 80% de los accidentes, los que influyeron en el 88% de los factores del trabajo que contribuyeron a su ocurrencia.
