The rheumatoid lung nodules are rare, appear  late in the course of the disease. Its clinical and radiographic presentation can be confused with tuberculosis, fungi infections and lung cancer. We present a case of rheumatoid lung  nodules in a 55 year-old woman with seropositive rheumatoid arthritis.La artritis reumatoide (AR) es una enfermedad sistémica que puede asociar compromiso respiratorio. La enfermedad pulmonar intersticial y el derrame pleural son las manifestaciones torácicas más frecuentes de la AR. Los nódulos reumatoides pulmonares son infrecuentes y aparecen tardíamente en el curso de la enfermedad. Su presentación clínica y radiológica puede confundirse con tuberculosis, infecciones fúngicas y cáncer pulmonar.
