Se ha planteado el presente problema: monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación para mejorar la comprensión lectora en los estudiantes del cuarto grado de la I.E.N°18132. Luya-Amazonas” con la finalidad de dar solución mediante un plan sistematizado de mejora, ya que se pudo evidenciar los principales factores que afectan los aprendizajes, siendo ellas; poca comprensión lectora en los estudiantes y el monitoreo, acompañamiento y evaluación.
