ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to determine the “Technique “ITEL” to improve literacy of first grade students of I.E. 80706 Moche”, which is one of the problems, whereby the students present difficulties in their present and future learning. The sample population was made up of 60 students, the experimental group being the students of section "B" and the control group the students of section "A". The type of research is quasi-experimental with pre and posttest of the experimental and control group. The application of the “ITEL” Technique according to the results of the posttest, shows us that the students who are the subject of our research, have been able to significantly improve literacy learning.

El presente trabajo propone una mejora integral en el proceso logístico de una empresa del sector de salud bucal en Perú, con el objetivo de incrementar el nivel de cumplimiento de entregas (OTD). Mediante un estudio de caso en Laboratorios DENTAID Perú, se identificaron las principales causas del incumplimiento: reprocesos en el picking, sobretiempos en la preparación de pedidos y errores en el control de inventarios. Estos factores originaron un bajo nivel de entrega a tiempo del 68 % en 2024 y pérdidas económicas equivalentes al 2.03 % de la facturación anual. La propuesta integra herramientas Lean Manufacturing como 5S, Poka Yoke, Kanban, SLP y la estandarización de procesos, permitiendo optimizar el flujo operativo y reducir variabilidad. The purpose of this research was to determine if the levels of teaching performance allow measuring the institutional profile based on a competency approach, as well as knowing its attributes and at what level teachers apply it: theoretically or practically. For this purpose, quantitative, cross-sectional, and correlational research was carried based on the application of two Likert-type questionnaires, obtaining these results: identification of attributes of the institutional teaching profile: mediator, planner, cultural agent, and promoter. It was distinguished that the self-evaluations measured the theoretical application of the teaching profile and the praxis from the evaluations, confirming that both are necessary to achieve the desired teaching profile.
