The social responsibility of the communication means from Puno City, is the subject of this research. A little-known and researched, for which a survey to find out how assume corporate social responsibility (CSR) sector of the media in Puno, how we understand and the actions taken in this regard was administered and determine if they have an agenda of issues of social responsibility; Interviews were also conducted with the managers of the media under study, whose results reinforce and contrast the information obtained through the questionnaire questions. The research is descriptive - comparative, and revealed that corporate social responsibility of the media Puno is taken partly as such ignorance in this regard is still evident, although there are common practices in corporate social responsibility (CSR) to all specific sectors and media sector, unresponsive to work planning. El impacto de la campaña mediática ambiental Titicaca Limpio Ahora en los funcionarios públicos de Puno, es el tema de investigación del presente trabajo. Para describir este impacto se administró una entrevista a fin de identificar los conocimientos, actitudes y acciones de los funcionarios públicos en relación a la campaña mediática ambiental en particular y al tema de la contaminación de la bahía interior del lago Titicaca en general. En el curso de la presente se realizaron entrevistas a líderes representativos de la sociedad civil, así también se recogieron testimonios de representantes del Comité de Gestión Ambiental para la descontaminación de la bahía interior del lago Titicaca y de personalidades vinculadas al tema. La Responsabilidad Social de los medios de Comunicación de la Ciudad de Puno, es el tema del presente trabajo de investigación. Un tema poco conocido e investigado, para lo cual se administró una encuesta a fin de conocer cómo asumen la responsabilidad social empresarial (RSE) el sector de los medios de comunicación en Puno, cómo la entienden y las acciones realizadas al respecto, así como determinar si cuentan con una agenda de temas de responsabilidad social; también se realizaron entrevistas a los directivos de los medios de comunicación objeto de estudio, cuyos resultados refuerzan y contrastan la información obtenida a través del cuestionario de preguntas.
