El presente trabajo de investigación permite el analizar el reemplazo del material reciclado del caucho en el diseño de un adoquín que cumpla con características mecánicas, comparado a adoquines que se encuentran en el mercado de la construcción, a través del uso de una mezcla de concreto que utilice polvo de neumático en determinada proporción como agregado fino. Los neumáticos fuera de uso, son perjudiciales para la salud, asi como también para el medioambiente, debido al uso irracional que se les ha dado durante muchos años en países como Perú, es por ello que mediante esta investigación se pretende minimizar el daño ocasionado por los mismos, como material primario en una mezcla de concreto para elaboración de adoquines.             The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of the age and sex of the vicuña on the mean fibre diameter (MFD), spinning fineness, curvature index, fibre length and fibre diameter profile; also, to calculate the phenotypic correlations between fibre textile characteristics. Pre-dehaired samples (n=88) were analysed with the OFDA 2000 equipment. In the statistical model the age, sex and age:sex interaction were considered as fixed effects. Sex had a significant effect on the phenotypic variations of DMF, maximum and minimum diameter profile; likewise, age had a significant effect on MFD, spinning fineness and minimum profile diameter.
