El objetivo es establecer la correlación entre la resiliencia y los factores de resiliencia con las competencias cognitivas adquiridas. Se utilizó el método de estudio descriptivo, observacional, transversal y prospectivo. Diseño Descriptivo Correlacional que se realizó con los 42 internos de medicina del Hospital Edgardo Rebagliati Martins de Es SALUD en el año 2018. Se utilizó el test CRE-U para evaluar la resiliencia y sus factores y el Examen Nacional de Medicina (ENAM) para evaluar las competencias cognitivas. La correlación se estableció con la prueba de Pearson o de Spearman con un nivel de confianza del 95%.
