La investigación, realizada en el sector cono norte del distrito de Pocollay, Tacna, en 2023, tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia entre la calidad de infraestructura y el nivel de satisfacción de los ciudadanos en las obras por impuestos ejecutadas, adoptando un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo básica de diseño no experimental de corte transversal, con un análisis estadístico correlacional y regresión lineal logística.
