El presente trabajo tiene por finalidad determinar el impacto de la implementación de un sistema web escalafonario en la gestión administrativa de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, durante el año 2020, es importante mencionar que dicho estudio se basó en los métodos del diseño correlacional causal, de corte trasversal y el tipo de estudio no experimental, para ello, dicha investigación contó como tamaño de muestra a 62 servidores administrativos pertenecientes a la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo, quienes hacen uso del sistema web escalafonario; se utilizaron dos cuestionarios válidos y con confiabilidad de 0.935 y 0.942; para procesar la información se usó el software estadístico SPSS v25.
