The Colquemayo MiningExploration Project belong to Buenaventura Mines, is one ofthe projects of exploration that did not possess a System of Environmental Management for the Managing ofthe Salid waste. In the present investigation we will see the implementation of the Environmental Management System ISO 14001 applied to the salid waste management. According to the initial diagnosis there were improved the conditions of the area of work in the Salid Residues Managing, from his generation up to his temporary storage, and finally the final disposition.
