OBJETIVO: Determinar los factores de riesgo asociados a infertilidad en pacientes mujeres atendidas en consultorios externos en el Servicio de Ginecología del Hospital Vitarte, periodo enero 2015 a abril del 2019. METODOLOGÍA: Se realizó un estudio observacional, analítico, retrospectivo de casos y controles en donde se utilizó una muestra de 82 casos y 82 controles. Se evaluaron factores sociodemográficos, ginecológicos, patológicos y ambientales. La variable dependiente fue la infertilidad que fue registrada de la historia clínica. Se hallaron los OR con sus respectivos intervalos de confianza. Se utilizó el paquete estadístico SPSS para establecer asociaciones entre los factores. RESULTADOS: En el análisis bivariado, los factores independientemente asociados fueron la edad materna mayor de 35 años (OR = 4.21, IC 95% 2.11-8.3, p< 0.01); dispareunia (OR= 3.02 IC 95% 1.40-6....

El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar las características sociodemográficas, clínicas, y resultados del panel PCR MULTIPLEX para meningitis en pacientes atendidos en el Hospital Nacional Dos de Mayo, 2023-2024. A través de un observacional, descriptivo, retrospectivo, de diseño de investigación no experimental. Se emplearán técnicas de recolección de datos que incluyen la revisión de historias clínicas. El principal instrumento utilizado será una ficha de recolección de datos, diseñada específicamente para este estudio. la cual será validada a través de un panel de expertos en la especialidad de Patología Clínica.
