The article analyzes two postulations which might be presented in n enforcementof security process, both related to accumulation: 1) If an individual lends a sum ofmoney to another individual, the latter appoints two or more people as guarantors,each of whom guarantees the obligation with a mortgage; and 2) If an individuallends a sum of money to another individual, who offers the mortgage of two or morePrior to the analysis of both postulates two previous matters are studied: accumulationin the CPC and the enforcement of security. As regards accumulation, itsconcept, types and requisites are clarified. The paper analyzed main problems presented by the regulation of the joinder of claims and joinder of process in the Peruvian Civil Procedural Code of 1993, putting in evidence how its equivocal treatment has led to that in judicial practice to reach solutions irrational and incompatible with the principle of effectiveness of the jurisdictional protection. 

The article has as its objective the study of executive measures, due to the fact that in practice they are mistaken with injunctions. For this, as a first step, injunctions are briefly studied and their main features are pointed out. Then the concept of executive measures is analyzed and its main differences with injunctions are then determined. Finally, the article is centered in the study of the expiration of executive measures, that is, it is about finding whether executive measures ruled under the PCC of 1993 have an expiration date for which all national legislation is developed (with all its modifications) and the posture of the doctrine and of the tribunals belonging to Public Registries and the Judicial Power.
