The purpose of this research is to evaluate the impact of aspects such as the number of debtors in the financial system, consumer credit, informal employment and the number of deposits on the level of banking in Peru through representative economic-financial variables, taking the years 2010 to 2021 as the study period, The results were obtained using econometric analysis taking into account the time series data that show the evolution of the variables over time, represented by growth rates, in order to determine their impact on the dependent variable, i.e. the banking penetration rate, using consistency and correlation tests in compliance with the conditions of the linear regression model, which allowed to define a sufficiently reliable econometric model.
