La presente investigación analiza la concepción sobre democracia y la justicia social dentro del pensamiento neoliberal, representado por un sujeto o agente específico, el Instituto Peruano de Economía, a través de sus artículos de investigación y entrevistas publicados dentro de sus redes sociales y página web oficiales entre los años 2019 y 2020. Para realizar tal labor se analiza previamente los principios fundamentales que constituyen la concepción neoliberal, la democracia y la justicia social, utilizando las teorías generalmente aceptadas por la tradición académica de la historia de las doctrinas económicas en el caso del neoliberalismo, y una perspectiva de garantismo de los derechos humanos desde una visión jurista y social como teorías que respaldan a los conceptos sobre democracia y justicia social.
