Se analiza el rendimiento y productividad, así como se determina la estructura de costos del proceso de transformación de la madera Dipteryx spp. de tablones a tablillas de piso deck en una empresa maderera de la ciudad de Pucallpa. El rendimiento de la materia prima se halla en base a una muestra de 106 tablones; el estudio de tiempos así como el análisis y cálculo de costos se realizan en base a una orden de trabajo por 20 m3 de pisos. Se encontró un rendimiento de tablón a producto de 29,12%, con un desperdicio del 58.81% luego de recuperar el 11.07% del volumen inicial de los tablones. Se determinó que para la producción de un contenedor de 20 m3 de decks considerando un turno diario, se requieren 30 días laborables: 13 turnos de trabajo y 17 días adicionales para el secado de la madera.
