Se analiza el rendimiento y productividad, así como se determina la estructura de costos del proceso de transformación de la madera Dipteryx spp. de tablones a tablillas de piso deck en una empresa maderera de la ciudad de Pucallpa. El rendimiento de la materia prima se halla en base a una muestra de 106 tablones; el estudio de tiempos así como el análisis y cálculo de costos se realizan en base a una orden de trabajo por 20 m3 de pisos. Se encontró un rendimiento de tablón a producto de 29,12%, con un desperdicio del 58.81% luego de recuperar el 11.07% del volumen inicial de los tablones. Se determinó que para la producción de un contenedor de 20 m3 de decks considerando un turno diario, se requieren 30 días laborables: 13 turnos de trabajo y 17 días adicionales para el secado de la madera. Introduction: The selection of a medical specialty has been associated with multiple factors, such as personal preferences, academic exposure, motivational factors and sociodemographic factors, such as gender. The number of women in the medical field has increased in recent years. In Latin America, we have not found any studies that explore this relationship.
