Analiza la relación entre el “uso de las TIC”; considerando sus dimensiones, conocimiento, dominio, forma de uso en el contexto escolar y la flexibilidad pedagógica para usarlas en el aula; con la “formación de actitudes hacia el medio ambiente” en educación básica secundaria.
