El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo hacer un comentario acerca de uno de los elementos clave de la estrategia docente, como es la fijación de los objetivos, dentro del marco de la enseñanza universitaria y con una especial referencia a las disciplinas administrativas. Asimismo, se destaca la importancia de que exista, dada la disciplina considerada, una estrecha relación entre universidad, sociedad y empresa.

The analysis of the managerial growth and its explanatory factors, they adopt a role protagonist and current in the process of globalization in the one that is the world economy. In this respect, the present work tries to give a joint vision on the financial aspects that they must be considered in the study of the managerial growth, realizing for it a brief synopsis of the theoretical evolution of the initial offer of Modigliani and Miller, centring specially the work on the fiscal aspects, as factor that can determine the managerial growth and the financial structure of the company.

El análisis del crecimiento empresarial y sus factores explicativos, adoptan un papel protagonista y actual en el proceso de globalización en el que se encuentra la economía mundial. En este sentido, el presente trabajo trata de dar una visión conjunta sobre los aspectos financieros que deben ser considerados en el estudio del crecimiento empresarial, realizando para ello una breve sinopsis de la evolución teórica de la propuesta inicial de Modigliani y Miller, centrando especialmente el trabajo en los aspectos fiscales, como factor que puede condicionar el crecimiento empresarial y la estructura financiera de la empresa.
