The inefficiency and lack of security in the document management of police records in Peru motivate the conceptual proposal of PoReBo, consisting of a web-based digital intermediation platform based on blockchain that will streamline the processing of this document. The contribution consists of providing a digital platform that offers Smart Contract-like functions with intelligent signatures to guarantee the authenticity of document incorporation in the Ethereum blockchain network. This will allow the consultation, registration, and validation of police records.
