The final report presented as a general objective to determine the relationship between the gingival level and dental morphology in upper anterior teeth in the city of Iquitos, 2024, where a basic type method was used, descriptive and correlational level with a non-experimental design; taking 84 patients as a population, they were used a registration form for the collection of information. The results showed that, in both gingival levels, square dental morphology is the most common, and Type III predominates significantly over Type I, especially in level C-II, with these results the prevalence of a specific dental morphology and the predominance of Type III in this population are demonstrated.
