El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es identificar la relación existente entre el trabajo colegiado y la enseñanza para el proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes en El Marco del Buen Desempeño Docente en la Institución Educativa N° 5044 Bandera de la Paz - Carmen de la Legua Reynoso, Callao, 2020. Es una investigación no experimental, de enfoque cuantitativo, de método descriptivo y de diseño correlacional. La muestra fue de 23 docentes, quienes respondieron dos encuestas, una para cada variable. La confiabilidad de la primera variable fue de 0,838 y para la segunda de 0,765. Se utilizó Rho de Spearman para las pruebas de hipótesis. Se determinó como conclusión la existente relación moderada y significativa entre las variables; el p valor fue 0,000 y rho de Spearman igual a 0,516, esto garantiza lo afirmado en la hipótesis de la investigación.

The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between social skills and tutoring teaching according to the perception of the students of the 6th grade of public primary school from the 4th Educational Network in Ventanilla district. Was based on a descriptive correlational design. About 253 students both sexes. between 10 to 13 years old were assessed through suveys regarding social skills and tutoring perception. Both surveys were created for research purpose and met the criteria of validity and reliability. The process shows the audit objectives and hypotheses in general. The results confirm that there is a statistically significant correlation between the two variables.
