Financial and/or credit crises generate questioning of the role of Central Banks and their intervention effectiveness, therefore, it is necessary to study the role played by this type of institution in the planning of the main policies within the framework of the COVID-19 crisis and its impact on the stability of the financial system. The objective of the research is to determine the influence of monetary policies on credit risks between 2003 and 2021. The methodology employed consisted of an explanatory, causal and quantitative approach, with a non-experimental and parametric design, applying a VAR risk model, through the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) and 2-stage least squares method (2SLS). El proyecto tiene como meta diseñar, construir y equipar el Hospital Materno Infantil El Carmen de Junín de categoría E-III, cuenta con tres objetivos de eficiencia: (i) cumplir con la fecha de término del proyecto según cronograma de obra el 05 de febrero del 2020, tomando como referencia el inicio del proyecto el 02 de noviembre del 2017, (ii) cumplir con el presupuesto de S/ 148’263,232.40; y, (iii) lograr el 95% de aceptación de los entregables del proyecto al momento de la transferencia al Gobierno Regional de Junín, y la subsanación del 100 % de las No Conformidades para la recepción y entrega de obra.
