FUNDO EL EDÉN is an organization dedicated to the cultivation of various grape varieties and their distribution to various clients located mainly in Lima. In the development of this study, it was determined as existing problems such as delays in obtaining analytical information, as well as information searches and dissatisfaction on the part of analysts and managers; considering the objective of developing Business Intelligence to expedite decision-making in the operations management of Fundo el Eden. The development was quasi-experimental, having managers and analysts as population. The development of the study corresponded to the methodologist Kimball. Regarding the results that were achieved, we have: reduction in the time to obtain analytical reports by 99.19%, the search for information decreased by 97.2% and the level of satisfaction reached an improvement of 57.26%.
