El objetivo del presente Plan de Acción es elaborar un plan de gestión escolar para el desarrollo de habilidades blandas en docentes de una institución educativa de Iquitos, región Loreto. La población estaba constituida por 17 docentes y 1 directivo. Se consideró como muestra al total de la población. Corresponde al diseño de investigación Acción Participativa y el tipo de investigación es aplicada. Las técnicas empleadas fueron la encuesta y la observación directa; los instrumentos fueron el cuestionario de encuesta y la ficha de observación. Los resultados sabremos cuando apliquemos el Plan. Pues, este plan de acción- participativa nos sirvió para elaborar un diagnóstico que nos permitirá aplicarlo para mejorar la gestión escolar que redundará en beneficio de los aprendizajes de los estudiantes.

The main objective of this study was to determine the influence of emotional intelligence in the management of public elementary schools in the district of Iquitos 2022. The research project is quantitative with a correlational design and non-experimental degree of explanation. It consisted of 21 elementary school principals and the sample consisted of 191 teachers, chosen by the stratified sampling method by proportional allocation. The survey technique was applied and the instruments used were Bar-On's ICE (Emotional Quotient Inventory) test for emotional intelligence and the questionnaire of questions for managerial management.
