El objetivo del presente estudio determinar el tipo de clima laboral y el nivel de cumplimiento de los compromisos de gestión escolar en la I.E N° 00907, Villa Hermosa – Soritor, 2016. El tipo de investigación fue descriptivo simple con dos variables, con una muestra de 21 trabajadores, a quienes se les aplicó dos instrumentos de recojo de información tipo cuestionario. El presente estudio no contó con hipótesis de trabajo por la naturaleza de la investigación. Los resultados revelaron que el clima laboral en la I.E. N° 00907, es favorable con un 71% y el cumplimiento de los compromisos de gestión escolar ha alcanzado el nivel de logro con 80 puntos. Llegando a concluir que el clima laboral es favorable y los compromisos de gestión escolar se han cumplido, alcanzando el nivel logro, lo que indica que los trabajadores de la I.E.
