In May 2020, due to beginning of the Covid19 pandemic, for the first time the Peruvian State decided to grant financial incentives to bearers of intangible heritage, which was channeled through the MINCUL. During the granting of these supports, an inadequate design of the process was identified, which led to inefficiency in the management of resources and ineffectiveness in the delivery of these incentives. In this sense, the problem identified in this project is the inadequate design of the economic support for bearers of intangible heritage provided by MINCUL in Peru, during 2020-2021.
