ABSTRACT The present research work has the purpose of determining the influence of the "pedagogy of tenderness" program in the affirmation of the identity of the first grade students of secondary education of the I.E.P. "White Brothers". Trujillo - 2018. The population was 30 students and the sample was the same as that of the population, to whom the measurement instruments were applied.
