The objetive of the study was to evaluate the clinical performance of restaurations oclusoproxiamles withresin.was selections60 bicupids and molars with diagnostic of caries not compromisepulp divided into 2 groups: Group I 30 for restoration with amalgam fase dispersa,group II 30 for restoration with resins. Evaluated in each restoration: surface texture, resistence, marginal adapation, secundary caries and sensibility. The results showeds 100% success after of 12 moths ofin 60 treatedcases.

There were select 60 dentarys pieces with caries or cervical abrassions, they divided in 2 groups: Group I 30 Teeth repared with Compómero and Group II: 30 Teeth repared with 1ónomero, that was because we want to evaluate the clinic officience during 24 months. The results shows that the restorations presented color stable, excelent integration marginal and resistence the storege and permanenay during 23 months in all cases estudies.

The results Shows during 12 months of clinic evaluation, that of obturations conservation yours marginal integration, the resistence of the fracture was optimun and absence of Pigmentation and Corrosion in all studies cases.
