The objective of the study was to determine the effects of the application of Extrinsic Motivation on learning achievements in the area of Personal Development, Citizenship and Civics in high school students of Educational Institution N°60024, San Juan de Miraflores - San Juan Bautista 2022. The research was of an experimental application type and a pre-experimental quasi-experimental design; having as participants all the students of the secondary level of the educational center N°60024 San Juan de Miraflores, enrolled in the year 2022. The technique used to collect information was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire.
