The purpose of the present investigation is to determine the influence of the Directed Debate in the development of competition and democratically participates in students of the 5th grade of primary education in the Educational Institution No. 81007 Modelo-Trujillo, 2017. The research is of the Cuasiexperimental type with pre-test and post-test applied to approximately 10-year-old girls from Educational Institution No. 81007 Modelo, Trujillo. The results obtained show us that the value of the chi test (11,2026) is greater than the chi table or critical value (5,9915) also, the p value is 0.0037 is less than 0.05 of margin of error; then we reject the null hypothesis and accept the alternative.
