Objetivo: determinar la efectividad del programa “Vive con salud” en el estilo de vida de los docentes del Colegio Unión, Lurigancho – Chosica, 2017. Metodología de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño pre experimental y de corte longitudinal. La población estuvo conformada por 68 docentes según muestro no probabilístico. El instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario sobre estilo de vida Alpha de Cronbach 0.8. Además, paso sobre el juicio de expertos, demostrando una validez de contenido de 1 a través de la prueba V de Aiken. El programa educativo se desarrolló en 16 sesiones, durante 4 meses. Los resultados evidencian que el programa “Vive con salud” fue efectivo en el estilo de vida de los docentes según la prueba de Willcoxon (p= 0.000), específicamente en las dimensiones, de actividad física (p= 0.000), recreación (p= 0.000), autocuidado (p= 0,000), sueño (p= 0,000)...
