El objetivo del presente estudio fue, determinar la percepción del desarrollo económico, social y ambiental de las comunidades nativas Pishwaya Allpa y Kichwa Chambira en la Región San Martin, después de la titulación, en el periodo 2019 -2020., mediante una investigación con metodología mixta, a nivel descriptivo transeccional, enfocada en las percepciones de los comuneros, para ello, se aplicó una encuesta mediante un cuestionario a 35 comuneros; así como, una entrevista focalizada a 10 funcionarios y técnicos involucrados en el proceso de titulación; fueron seleccionados de manera no probabilística. El tema trabajado de investigación tuvo por finalidad la determinación de la influencia que la titulación de territorios en las comunidades nativas tiene sobre la mitigación del cambio climático. Para realizar aquello se optó por un enfoque cuantitativo, sin experimentación y de un alcance relacional causal. Se administraron cuestionarios a un total de 35 personas. En los resultados se conoció que los derechos de propiedad inciden sobre el 62.3 por ciento de la varianza de la mitigación del cambio climático (r=0.813 y p=0.000), sobre esta última variable también tiene incidencia el valor simbólico del territorio en el 62.0 por ciento de su varianza (r=0.7448 y p=0.000), del mismo modo, el conocimiento de la titulación influye en 58.1 por ciento de la varianza de la mitigación del cambio climático (r=0.760 y p=0.000).
