El objetivo del presente estudio fue, determinar la percepción del desarrollo económico, social y ambiental de las comunidades nativas Pishwaya Allpa y Kichwa Chambira en la Región San Martin, después de la titulación, en el periodo 2019 -2020., mediante una investigación con metodología mixta, a nivel descriptivo transeccional, enfocada en las percepciones de los comuneros, para ello, se aplicó una encuesta mediante un cuestionario a 35 comuneros; así como, una entrevista focalizada a 10 funcionarios y técnicos involucrados en el proceso de titulación; fueron seleccionados de manera no probabilística. Entre los principales hallazgos, el 54% de los comuneros manifiestan que después de la titulación de sus terrenos, mejoró un poco los ingresos económicos.
