The present investigation was carried out in the District of Punchana in the Formalized Company Services Río Amazonas EIRL that provides merchandise stowage services in the Henry Private Port, with the objective of evaluating the conditions of the state of compliance with the SG-SST in stowage work. . It is an investigation of the observational, analytical, transversal type; the SG-SST guidelines checklist was used, with its dimensions, indicators and evaluation scores to determine the level of implementation of the SG-SST based on the directives of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE) .
