La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general, determinar el nivel de relación entre el Endeudamiento y la rentabilidad de una empresa molinera de la provincia de Lambayeque periodo 2018 – 2020, en la cual se utilizó como metodología un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica y diseño no experimental. Para la cual, se consideró como población los estados financieros de los periodos 2018 – 2020, para el proceso de análisis se utilizó la recolección de datos de los estados financieros de las variables en estudio. Teniendo como resultados en la variable de endeudamiento, con los indicadores de endeudamiento general para los periodos del 2018 al 2020 un ratio de 39%, 41% y 44%, su autonomía financiera de 61%, 59% y 56% y finalmente el endeudamiento a corto plazo es de 65%, 70% y 79%, respectivamente en dichos periodos. Introduction: Impulse control disorders have been reported in patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD), and in users of dopamine agonists. We report three cases of patients with parkinsonian symptoms and hypersexuality, an impulse control disorder associated with pramipexole use. Case reports: Case 1: A 62-year-old man with PD treated with levodopa/carbidopa. He needed to start pramipexole and twelve months later he presented hypersexuality that improved with escitalopram. Case 2: A 66-year-old man with PD treated with levodopa/carbidopa, entacapone and clonazepam. Introduction: Cerebral calcifications may be unilateral or bilateral; unilateral etiology may include infections, trauma or stroke and bilateral may be physiologic, metabolic or idiopathic. Case report: Female 48 year-old patient who had thyroidectomy 27 years before, received levothyroxine, and who was attended for chorea, ballistic involuntary movements and progressive difficulty in walking. She presented right sided hypotonia, right upper limb winding movements, hypocalcemia, hyperphosphatemia and low parathormone levels; tomography and magnetic resonance showed bilateral calcifications in brain basal ganglia and cerebellum. She was treated with calcium citrate, calcitriol and risperidone with complete recovery. Objectives: To analyze the effects of cholinesterase inhibitors (CHEIs) prescribed for treatment of dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) and dementia associated with Parkinson’s disease (PDD).
