Victor Carranza is an economist and holds a PhD in social sciences. He has been President of CONCYTEC and is a senior professor at the Faculty of Economic Engineering, Statistics and Social Sciences of the National University of Engineering. In 2000, the French Institute of Andean Studies (IFEA) published his work Globalization and Social Crisis in Peru. This year, UNI has just published his book Perú: ciencia, tecnología e innovación social (Hechos, redes de poder y discursos). We talked to the author about this book.
