The project is born from the observation of the increase in cases of COVID-19 in Personnel of the Regional Teaching Hospital of Trujillo who presented symptoms related to olfactory alterations. The COVID-19, began in Wuhan in China in December 2019; Olfative dysfunctions led the symptoms of infection by this virus. OBJECTIVE: Determine if there is post covid-19 paraosmia in the workers of the Regional Teaching Hospital of Trujillo. Material and Method: A descriptive, non-experimental design study will be carried out, with data taken from the Epidemiological Clinical Research Sheet of COVID-19. Then the UPSIT test will be applied to patients who will identify parosmia will be applied. The data obtained will be processed in the Excel 2016 program, double entry frequency tables will be built with their absolute and relative values.
