La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo diseñar un Balanced ScoreCard basado en la mejora continua para la permanencia empresarial de la empresa Pathrosrep S.A.C. La metodología utilizada es observacional no experimental, y la población y muestra de estudio siendo los cuatro trabajadores y doce clientes. Se aplicaron cuestionarios a ambos grupos (ambos muestreo por conveniencia) validados por juicio de expertos. Posteriormente, se realizó el análisis situacional de la empresa y la caracterización de las dimensiones de permanencia empresarial identificadas.
