The content of this Report addresses the study of the application of the Immediate Process to the crime of driving vehicles while intoxicated in the Public Ministry - Fiscal District of Loreto. In the theoretical framework, the antecedents, concepts, purpose, application assumptions and other features that characterize the Immediate Process are presented. The methodology used for the research was the quantitative approach, which allows knowing the perception that the subjects have of their reality. The technique uses to collect the information was document analysis, while the instrument used was the document analysis guide. The analysis of results was done through content analysis.
