En América Latina, encontramos que la carrera de leyes en general cuenta con un número equitativo de hombres y mujeres en las aulas, sin embargo, al momento de elegir el área jurídica en la que se ha de perfilar el egresado, el derecho informático no muestra esta misma equidad, en principio porque en las aulas universitarias no se ha incorporado el derecho informático más que de manera optativa o también como asignatura en el posgrado, un nivel en el que algunas mujeres ya no se incorporan tan fácilmente como los hombres generando con ello una brecha de género de acceso a la enseñanza del Derecho Informático. Así es necesario brindar a las alumnas de las facultades de derecho en América Latina las posibilidades de incorporarse y especializarse en las distintas temáticas que ofrece el Derecho Informático a fin de evitar esta brecha de género en la enseñanza que se empiez...
